1. I am wondering if you could please help. I am based in an office with 4 macs and we have certain issues with folder sharing/printer sharing
and we may need someone to sort these issues out. Is this the kind of service you could offer and can you please advise what kind of cost it
would be for 1 day, as i do not think it would take much more than a day to do this!
2. Hi Mac Repair in Birmingham my hard drive broke and has been replaced by apple. I wanted to find out about recovering the data on the old disc, do you do this and what is an approximate cost? Look forward to hearing from you.
3. I recently damaged my MacBook Pro in an incident involving hot chocolate. I did all the correct things – didn’t turn it on, dried it out etc but now when it turns on, it turns off after about 40 seconds on the Apple loading logo. I’ve taken out the hard disk and am backing up my data.

4. I am looking to get my MacBook Pro’s hard drive upgraded. It is a first generation Macbook Pro, I have been told that the largest I can get is 500GB. I would need to have all my data cloned across from the existing hard drive as well. Please could you send me a quote for this work. I may also need some Mac repair.

I have an Apple Mac Powerbook G4 15″ laptop which I am unable to use at the moment as the small jack that makes up part of the power supply (model number A1021) has snapped off and is jammed in the female part of the socket. I am unable to remove this myself as I believe it could be caught in the mechanism that holds the power supply in place. Is this a repair that you might be able to assist with?
6. I have a intel iMac approx 3 to 4 years old has worked well but just recently has developed lines which appear on the screen when it starts up or wake out of sleep mode. They only last for a few seconds then they go away.

8. The disc drive on my macbook is broken. Discs that are put in can’t be read and are ejected. I think it needs cleaning or replacing.
